Bringing Decade of Fire to communities across the U.S. and Puerto Rico
We are bringing Decade of Fire to housing justice groups in communities across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Twenty organizations joined us in neighborhoods across New York City, and we are traveling to 30 cities over the next year. Your donation will help us cover on-the-ground travel costs and space rental to bring people together to watch the film and fight for housing justice where they live.
Disseminating a high school curriculum to accompany the film
A group of incredible educators in the Bronx have worked together to create a high school curriculum based on the film, that encourages students, especially students living in communities like the South Bronx, to connect to the history of their neighborhoods and get involved. Your donation would help to disseminate this curriculum along with the film to high school classrooms across the country.
